TBC humbly presents our strategic plan for 2023-25 which is available in Burmese, S’gaw Karen, Thai, & English. A consultative process reaffirmed the relevance of TBC’s vision, mission, core values and underlying principles. Contextual analysis acknowledges the threats to human security for conflict-affected and displaced communities on both sides of the border. In response, TBC commits to the pursuing the following four strategic directions:
- Prioritise the humanitarian imperative
- Reinforce resilience and recovery
- Promote protection and safer futures
- Strengthen local governance
At this critical juncture, TBC calls on our networks, donors and partners to assist in mitigating the risks, financing the strategy and strengthening community-driven programs.
