TBC strictly upholds a zero-tolerance policy in matters concerning fraud, corruption, bribery, waste, abuse, and misconduct. Should you have any concerns regarding the programs or conduct of TBC staff, we kindly request that you direct your complaints to complaints@theborderconsortium.org. This channel may also be utilized for providing TBC with general feedback. These correspondences will be received directly by the Executive Director and the Human Resources and Administration Manager.

TBC places emphasis on maintaining the privacy of all reported matters. Although TBC cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality, TBC ensures that information will be disseminated solely to individuals who require such knowledge.

Under no circumstances will TBC condone any form of harassment, retaliation, victimization, or adverse consequences against any TBC staff member or external individual who expresses concerns or files a complaint in good faith.
